    i installed a hack which puts a column on the left side of the page. and i was wondering how i would go about moving the login script over. i took this code and added it, it shows the form but when you log on it still shows the blank form, and i want it so the private message stuff displays.

    HTML Code:
        <if condition="$show['member']">
            <td class="alt2" valign="top" nowrap="nowrap">
            <div class="smallfont">
                <strong><phrase 1="$bbuserinfo[username]">$vbphrase[welcome_x]</phrase></strong><br />
                <phrase 1="$pmbox[lastvisitdate]" 2="$pmbox[lastvisittime]">$vbphrase[last_visited_x_at_y]</phrase>
                <if condition="$show['pmstats']"><br /><phrase 1="$vbphrase[unread_x_nav_compiled]" 2="$vbphrase[total_x_nav_compiled]" 3="$session[sessionurl_q]">$vbphrase[private_messages_nav]</phrase></if>
                <if condition="$show['pmwarning']"><br /><strong><phrase 1="$vbphrase[pmpercent_nav_compiled]">$vbphrase[your_pm_box_is_x_full]</phrase></strong></if>
            </div>
            </td>
            <if condition="$bbuserinfo['pmunread']">
            <td class="alt2" valign="top" nowrap="nowrap">
        <a href="/forums/private.php?$session[sessionurl]"><img src="$stylevar[imgdir_misc]/newpm.gif" alt="You have a new PM" border="0"></a>
            </td>
        </if>
        <else />

            <td class="alt2" nowrap="nowrap" style="padding:0px">

            <!-- login form -->
            <form action="login.php?do=login" method="post" onsubmit="md5hash(vb_login_password, vb_login_md5password, vb_login_md5password_utf, $show[nopasswordempty])">

                <td class="smallfont" colspan="2" nowrap="nowrap"><label for="cb_cookieuser_navbar"><input type="checkbox" name="cookieuser" value="1" tabindex="103" id="cb_cookieuser_navbar" accesskey="c" />$vbphrase[remember_me]</label></td>
            </tr>
            <tr>

            </tr>
            </table>
            <input type="hidden" name="s" value="$session[sessionhash]" />
            <input type="hidden" name="do" value="login" />
            <input type="hidden" name="vb_login_md5password" />
            <input type="hidden" name="vb_login_md5password_utf" />
            </form>
            <!-- / login form -->

            </td>

        </if>

    Not hard to do, but you have to remove <table><td><tr></td></tr></table> tags after <else /> and place <br /> in after certain code areas.. Plus it would not hurt to use <div class="smallfont" align"left"> around the it.

    In the top have of the code you also need to remove any <table><td><tr></td></tr></table> tags as the what you may have already supplies you with the container.

    A preview of what I have quickly done and you need to get support with the hacks author to be more specific or ask over at www.vBulletin.com/forum

            I only modify my forum with images and stay away from using any plugins/products that were not approved by vbulletin.com. Those hacks have purpose, but sometimes they interfere with board functions. You should create a test forum behind .htaccess and test this modifications out, then you can apply to main board at your own risk.

            You can ask the author of that 'hack' if it causes this sort of problem.

              idk, the author had a screen shot with the private message stuff, so i asked him and he said to just use that code. so is there some sort of variable that i need to change or what?

                What 'hack' are you using? I like to test this out if it has no files to upload or edit.
