  • Installing my VB

Hey all. I just purchased VB today and downloaded. I uploaded everything into my site and i believe that I uploaded everything correctly into my 1and1 webpage but for some reason when i try to go into www.mywebsite.com/forum/install/install.php there is nothing to display. Can anyone help me out?

This means that you did not upload the files correctly or you are using the wrong URL to the install file.

sorry to say but i used to use 1and1 for my forum..i got so fed up with page freezes, slow db access and probably the worst customer service out there i moved hosts..
if your planning on having more than 30 users on your forum at any one time i would strongly recommend switching hosts..
just search google '1and1 customer service'..
good luck with your upload problem though..
