    Yeah, Marco, obv. I was too tired to look exactly, sorry for that.
    Thanks, Kerry-Anne, I think I know where I have to modify. Replacing the variable by the actual colspan isn't that simple, because it depends on wether a mod or admin or standard-user is watching the site, otherwise I'd choosen that way, I like to keep it simple .

    Editing the variable $threadcolspan will require a modification to your site. You will need to ask for help with this at vBulletin.org

    Alternatively, you can replace this in the template with the actual colspan to be used.

    threadcolspan initialized where?

    On my board I deleted some cols permantly via template (like the hits-col). Any guess, where the value for $threadcolspan is initialized, so I can change it?
