Upgrade to 3.6.7

I have just upgraded 3.6.7 and now non of the signatures can display smilies or change the fonts of the text. If this is just a switch to allow this can someone point it out to me. I've scanned the manual but can't find anything about it.

What version did you upgrade from?
Possibly you need to adjust the Signature Permissions, which are now per usergroup.
