Thread Rating - minimum rates to disply?

Hi all,

my little problem is the following:

Scenary -
vB version 3.6.6.
- Usergroup > usergroup manager > edit group > Can Rate Threads = yes
- Forums & Moderators > Forum manager > edit forum > Allow Thread Ratings in this Forum = yes
- vBulletin options > Thread display options (showthread) > Check Thread Rating = yes
- All template were reverted after upgrade (3.6.5>3.6.6.)and no hack are installed.

I rated (my account is set as Admin account) a new thread on my forum and rate was accepted the vote (as I cant vote anymore).

Problem : No stars display and i dont find anything that shows me that thread was rated.
note that there are some old rated (different) threads that are normally displayed.

Is there any other parameter that sets a minimum number before thread is showed as rated?

Yes, I believe there is a global option to only show rating after X rates.

Admin Control Panel > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > has this I believe.
