Subscription Question

How do I enable members to be placed into a new usergroup when they pay for subscription? Also, if the time limit is set to 1 year, does vbulletin automatically remove them from the usergroup? Thanks

Hello,

When you add or edit the subscription you have tools to upgrade their account. And yes, if the year is up it will reset their account to whatever it was. Unless you've chosen recurring, which will ask them to renew their subscription.
