Instant Email Notifications Failing

Hi,

It appears as though any efforts to change the default email notifications from “Daily” to “Instant” fail to save.

I have even changed it manually in the User CP and it still shows “Daily Email Notifications” when I make a new post.

I also tried a Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Execute SQL Query with the same results.

Any assistance to remedy this would be deeply appreciated.

Where is this happening and have you installed any add-ons?

Yes Steve we installed vbSEO.

Nothing else installed as far as plugins or other types of enhancements.

Disable vBSEO including any htaccess changes it made.
