  • password recovery causes database error

    im my board when users try to recover their passwords they face with this DB eror:

    ans the second time they reload the page it says:
    The request to reset your password was made more than 24 hours ago, so it has expired. To resubmit the request, please use this form

    it's really confusing. I've checked DB but there were nothing extra.

    This looks like a server issue. You should contact your host.

      I've changed my server several times. this time I myself manage it. what exactly should I do?

        I suggest contacting a server admin to help you with this. You can also try doing a Google search for that error type. Frankly it's not one that's familiar to me. However it looks like this may be due to an add-on:
