Here my problem. I change the cookies path (AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Cookies and HTTP Header Options -> Path to Save Cookies) from "foros/" to "mydomainname.com/". Now I can“t log in the forum, appear that the login works but redirect to the login page again. Later, I try to change "mydomainname.com/" on the Data Base. In table settings I change "mydomainname.com/" to "/" or "foros/". The forums login not works well and the adminCP login not works, appear to work well but redirect to login.

Do NOT manually edit the tables via phpmyadmin, etc.
We have a tools.php file which helps you reset and rebuild the cache, etc.
It is in your do_not_upload/ folder from vBulletin's .zip
Upload it to your admincp/ and run it from the browser,
reset the cookie path and domain
And you're good to go again.
Delete this tools.php file again when you're done.

Does this solve potential session issues as well. Like when members log in they don't actually show that they are logged in unless they refresh the page or something else.
