    Ok,

kewl .... I've changed '$vboptions[forumhome].php' to just '<url>/' and it works great.

    Thank you !

    Cheers ...
    Gerald.

You can remove it by editing the navbar template. However, this is not recommended as should you ever change the page used for the forumhome (eg, if you install a portal in the same directory as your forum) then you will need to re-edit the navbar to ensure that your breadcrumb works correctly.

Just above the navbar where you have this:

[forum name] > [forum] > [thread] > [post]

If you click on the [forum name] it takes you back to <url>/index.php ... I want to be able to get of the index.php to just leave the forum url only.

That depends entirely on where you are clicking.

    Changing fourm root

When viewing a forum/thread/post and you want to go back to the forum home it always points you to <url>/index.php. How can I change this default behaviour to point to <url>/ (without the index.php) instead?

    Cheers ....
    Gerald.
