how do i undo "seo"ed pages to normal?

hai i am using zoints seo on my forum from last 3 months ,i want to know how to revert all pages to normal .php format without any data loss
,i am getting some problems with seo option though its very usefull i dont want it now on my forum please help me to revert /stop it.

Uninstall the product, and it should be normal. Check their uninstall instructions. Perhaps you have to update .htaccess again too.
