  • Posts missing in Threaded Mode

Linear mode for one particular thread on my forum shows four posts, whereas Threaded Mode is only showing two (the first initial post and first its reply).

Also, if the display mode for the problematic thread is set to Threaded, returning to the forum index and clicking the quick jump 'last post' icon displays only two posts in the tree menu structure and nothing else. Please see attached screen shot of example.
    • This is only happening on one thread in the forum.
    • Have tried updating counters (rebuild thread info).
    • Running v3.6.4, no hacks/mods

Can you check in your database, how many posts there are with that threadid?
    Best Regards
    Colin Frei

Please don't contact me per PM.

        Check the following setting

vBulletin Options > Threaded/Hybrid Mode Options > Threaded Mode: Posts Depth

What do you have this set to? The default setting is 5 which would show all the posts.

Is there anything else I can provide to help the vB team diagnose this issue?

Would it be easier to raise a support ticket, or does this thread get turned into one automatically?

            Please advise..

That could be tricky, our forum runs on a closed company intranet!
