    I've tried this but it is only when I put define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); in the config.php file that it fixes the problem. Is there anything else DISBALE_HOOKS disables apart from installed plugins/products?

    Ignore that. I found the plugin that was causing the problem. I missed one, sorry!

    Hopefully I can fix the problem now.

    Thanks a lot for your help.

    Cheers!

    You'll need to identify which plugin is actually causing the problem. Enable each plugin in turn and once you have found the one, you should contact the plugin author for further assisitance in fixing this.

    Next, disable all plugins.

    Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

    define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
    Disabling all plugins via the config.php file worked.

    What can I do next?

    This will be due to a modification that you have made, most likely in the style.

    Create a new default style and see if the problem exists also in that. If not, revert your register template in your style.

    Otherwise, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server. Also be sure to upload the admincp files to whichever directory you have set in your config.php file. Then run 'Suspect File Versions' in Diagnostics to make sure you have all the original files for your version:

    Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Suspect File Versions

    Next, disable all plugins.

    Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

    define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

    Do you have the same problem?

    Unregistered shown as username when registering?

    For some reason, when a new user goes to register, the username Unregistered is showing up in the form. Is there anyone to get rid of this so it just blank?

    Thanks!
