We strongly recommend against restoring pruned data.
Soft-deleted threads/posts can be managed from within vBulletin.

Yeah, that's always a problem of the hard deleting of members/posts/forums... there's simple solutions to hide then restore...

Indeed, the simple solution is: Soft-delete
vBulletin already has this build in.
