LEFT JOIN pmtext AS pmtext ON(pmtext.pmtextid = pm.pmtextid)
LEFT JOIN icon AS icon ON(icon.iconid = pmtext.iconid)
       WHERE pm.userid=143 AND pm.folderid=0
       ORDER BY pmtext.dateline DESC

    MySQL Error : Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_7a4_0.MYI' (Errcode: 13)

    MySQL Error: Permission denied
The directory listed in that error either does not exist, or it is not world-readable and writable (chmod 777.) You need to check and correct both situations to fix this error.

You would need to contact your host to have this resolved. Restarting mysql may also solve this problem.

      Everytime I make this.
it works very well but after one week later it makes the same error.

it is about user table my host says.
but I can not find the error.

This has nothing to do with the user table itself, but with teh permissions on the /tmp directory.

when I reboot the server , it changes the chmod of /tmp directory everytime.
Why does it make this changing?

You will have to ask your host.
