  • Can't change templates in AdminCP after switching hosts

I've switched hosts last week and wanted to change some things in the footer template but I always end up getting the following error message:
    Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /forums/admincp/template.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Apache/1.3.37 Server at www.greysanatomy-boards.com Port 80
The forum is working, people can post and so can I. I'm able to log in to the AdminCP as well, I just can't seem to change anything there. I've also checked my FTP account and all files within the forums\admincp\... directory are set to 755.

    What did I do wrong?

This may be being caused by mod_security. Please see this thread for further details.
