Okay, I am here to just affirm that yes, indeed, I am a complete idiot, as evidenced by my mental deterioration at the end of this thread:

Needless to say, my IT husband says he's "ashamed" of me.
What I meant to say at the end of that thread was the opposite of what I said: He uploaded image files in binary, not ASCII...just as he was supposed to. Someday I will learn to go to bed when tired.
So, now I humbly ask that you overlook my obvious status as an idiot and please lower yourself enough to help me again.I am still having this issue with the "static" looking background and the time, though it says "GMT", is clearly not. There were a few other "glitchy" things going on today...One being that when I tried to move some threads from one forum to another (in the CP), I got a message that said that there were no threads. I was able to do it in the forum itself, though.
