Upload attachments Problem !

Hi Guys !

i have a vbulletin forum i set attachment saved on host . ( Not in db )
now we have a problem for attach files .

when users want to add files as attachemtn get this message :

Could not create file system directory to hold your attachment

how i can resolve it ?

This is a server issue, not a vB one. Enable phpinfo in the Admin CP, then provide the URL to your forums. This may help us troubleshoot this problem.

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> Public phpinfo() Display Enabled
