I moved my site to a new server. The new host requested a backup of the db via phpMyAdmin. I selected my database, selected all tables at the export tab and I saved them as a file ending with .sql. I upload it to the new ftp, and the company restore it for me. I upload every file in the new directories, changed the config.php to show the new full path, and the result, well, I don't know what went wrong.
The menu/navigation/login box at the top has disappeared. The copyright note also. Options "Archive" and "Top" also are gone. As the forum was closed when the backup took place, the forum on the new server was supposed to give a "vBulletin message". The title and the text appear.. strangely.
(Take a look at the picture, to see the old version at left, the new at right:

Can I do something to fix things? Is there anything my host can do, to fix it? What's possibly gone wrong?
Edit: I tried re-downloading all my files, and uploaded them again in the server. No change at all, the same problem remains - I though of the possibility of a file being corrupted.
