table is not right, template problem

i fixed this i think when i upgraded to 3.5, but since then my site has had hardware issues and we have had to use backups , so i guess it got reverted, oersonally i never use this style so i just never noticed

what template is causeing this not to expand all the way?

Do you mean a) the header image, or b) the forum below the head image?
