Making the header flash

Yeah, how do i make my header in flash instead of just a .gif image?

You can open the header template and customize the html code to your needs. There's a <table>...</table> there you can completely replace with your own flash header.

I'm still not getting it... can you please assist me more specifically or even do this for me?

Make the flash file, upload it, and then embed it into the header template.
I think you'd need to use an <embed> tag or similiar.
