Make Changes to the "Calendar"

Hello. I'd like to RENAME the "Calendar" in the Navbar to read something else like:

BUSINESS CALENDARS


Then I'd like the BUSINESS CALENDARS link to have a Pull Down Menu to be like:

MARKETING CALENDAR
ADVERTISING CALENDAR
COMPANY EVENTS CALENDAR
PERSONAL CALENDAR

etc.

Can you assist me with these two updates?

All text is changed as always, thruogh the phrases.
admin cp > languages & phrases > serch in phrases > search for "calendar"
