To create a Category, just set 'Act as forum' to 'No'.

LOL, that is probably my problem, it should be a category. But I can't find where to create categories....I probably am looking right at it.....

Do you want the parent to be a forum or a category?

I don't know what I am doing wrong..... this is the first time using vBulletin software, but never had a problem with others. I must be overlooking something.

Anyways, I am trying to create a Parent forum and then under it the child forums....but on my main page, they show the same instead of the parent being in the blue header and children/sub folders underneath.

Sorry to be such a NOOB at this.....
