Install Error

I have uploaded the files 3 times and still get this..............
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /install/install.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.




I have changed or added the .htaccess as directed to in other threads, but still no good........
I uploaded all the non image files in ascii and still no go.........
Now what..........

Did you check the file and directory permissions? Generally the files should be chmod'd to 644 and the dorecoties to 755.

Thats correct.....They are as you say.....
