You can change the grey color in Styles/All Style Options/Text Editor Control Styles

    And, you can get rid of that white border around the smilies this way:

    Add to Additional CSS (and change the color, or put the px at 0 instead of 1, depending on what you want).

    fieldset { border: 1px solid #COLOR; }
    I started out with pretty much zero knowledge myself, so if you look at my posts (click on my name, click on "find all posts") and read the answers I got, you'll probably come across more stuff you can use.

    Look in the manual on this site under skinning, the guys have put together a great element by element guide showing exactly which setting affects which colour or part of the style.

    Its first class and helps me every time.

    Vbulletin skinning help needed.

    I've been trying to skin vbulletin and i'm fairly new to it and I need some help

    If you go to,

    When viewing it in internet explorer the category headers have a space underneath them which I want to rid of, it works fine in Firefox and Opera though.

    I need to know how to change that ugly grey background and how to change that white border which is also used on a lot of other elements of the skin.

    Any help is very appreciated, thanks
