    I believe it makes your announcements behave like a thread, in which each new announcement is another post in the thread.

    When enabled.
    The announcements are on top of the forums clumped together.

    When disabled.
    The announcements look like posts.

    Can someone explain Group Announcements to me?

    The option is found at:
    Admincp > vBulletin Options > Forum Display Options (forumdisplay) > Group Announcements

    When disabled, this option makes it so all announcements in a forum are shown as individual links (like threads) on the forumdisplay.php page. When enabled, this option combines all announcements one "thread" where each announcement is a "post."
    I understand what happen when disabled but I'm not quite understanding what happens when it is enabled.
widgetinstance 262 (Related Topics) skipped due to lack of content & hide_module_if_empty option.
