Forum/Database not showing corrent info

My forum ( version 3.62 ) had been acting strange the last few days so today I have added it to a new folder on my domain and installed a clean version and removed all plugins and styles.

Some of the things which I see are wrong is my banned users are only showing two people there when I know there is more when I look in the databse there are 36 users there I ran there. Emptying the database table and reimporting don't fix it and deleteing that table and importing again don't fix it.

I have a Paid Subscrition which users are added to a group called VIP any user in that group use to have the title of VIP and now they are just the pan title of which they get by posting and chnaging this done solve it either. It seems like the forum or database is not getting the correct information it needs.

Any thing I can do to correct these issues?

I ran the fix broken profiles and update users and user title ranks and I don't se it as helping anything.

Pretty mcuht i make it short as I can the database information isnt showing on my forums as it should.

I had 36 users which where banned now when I look there are only 2. In the datbase for the banned users there are 36 banned users. I can't get the forum to update the banned users at all.

And for the users that I have for the paid subscription they have a Title of VIP but instead of the VIP title showing it will show as Junior Member or Full Member I can't get this to update as it should either.

I had these both working so I don't know what happend. And my logs on the forum don't show that antone changed nothing.

Importing a back up don't fix these problems either.

If you have installed any Plugins or Products, first disable these to see if you still have this problem.

Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

If you still have this problem with plugins disabled, check the includes/xml directory and make sure only the original vB files are in there and none from any add-ons. Then if you still have a problem and have not installed any hacks (which includes portals), fill out a support ticket at:

Be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP. Please also include a complete description of the problem.

Thanks, I got the user titles working but the banned users is still no go I have filled out a ticket.
