"Welcome Private Message" issue in ACP

Hi,

in the ACP I was trying to enter the username for "Welcome Private Message" also I tried this with "Post Reporting User" field, but I get this message "Invalid Username".

My forum is encoded windows-1256 and the username I'm trying to use is in Arabic, this problem doesn't happen with English usernames.

So may I suggest that you enable entering the userid if I don't want to enter the username in those field.

I'm posting this here since I'm considering it as a problem with me ..
