Infraction system

Pardon my ignorance here but if someone incurrs a wrap on the knuckles and gets the needed points to get to the lowest level of User Infraction Groups the first permission to go must be the ability to make more posts. So what is the point have other levels as they would never get to them.

In that setup, the user cannot get more infraction points unless they are given on existing posts. You have no need for multiple levels.
