whats the process of installing the above versions? Do I just download 3.6.2, upload upload folder and goto /install/upgrade.php?

I upgraded to the latest version of Vbulletin but it still says I have version 5.0.2. Obviously I'm doing something wrong. What could it be? When I ran the upgrade url in my browser, I didn't have any...Thu 5 Feb '15, 5:01pm
