Can you be more specific please? What's this wait_timeout value you're refering to?
You're spending millions of dollars on a website?!

You need to log in as root on your server and change or set this value in the server's my.cnf file (or my.ini for Windows servers).

If you do not have root access to this server, then you'll need to ask your host to make this change.

        Hello Steve,

Im havin some issues with my hosts, this is what they replied when i asked them to change those settings..

due to the nature of a shared environment we can not modify this setting. If you feel you need control of this setting you may want to look into a virtual dedicated or dedicated server.

right now the wait_timeout is set at 30 seconds. So this is very low right?

What do you recomend for me to do?

        thanks

The default wait_timeout is 28800 so 30 is a bit low, yes.

Your choices are to either live with this host's limitations, or find a more suitable host.
