Problem in Control Panel - Signature Edit

In signature edit theres two "save signature" and "Preview signature" buttons totalling 4 buttons in all when there are only suppose to be two at the bottom of the post box.

Instead there are two onto of the post box and two of these buttons at the bottom. This is really weird and am wondering what the problem is.

I am running the newest version.
