How do I limit the time someone can edit their posts?

I am running 3.6.1

Is there a way to make it so registered members can only edit their posts after a set amount of time?

I want to curb the member who has been with the forum for a year and then they get upset and want to leave the forum, and in the process they edit every single post they ever made with some bs.

Anyway to do this? I would like it to be that a member cannot edit their post after an hour of posting it.
