Hi there ... how do I enable the fonts/bold/italics/links/quotes, etc options (ie all those that normally appear directly above the message box)? When I, as admin, write a new message, all these options appear. However, my users don't see any of this so can't include posts, images, bullet points, etc. How do I enable this please? Thanks ... twobob

The last section on the User Control panel -> Edit Options page:
On my forum, after getting several e-mails from people asking me how to change my settings (after overlooking the "UserCP" button), I changed the name of the button to "My Settings". This might be helpful as well.
You can help your users by setting the default control panel for new user registrations to WYSIWYG.
I believe this is under AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> User Registration Options
