Reducing Font size on forum threads in index

How do you adjust the font sizes on the Index page, let's say we wanted to make them smaller so the forum headings and thread titles don't take up so much space on the forum index pages

We are using the stock vB skin like you have on this forum!

The text in the Last Post column on the index page uses this class:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> Main CSS (in the menu) -> Small Font

The forum titles use this class:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> Main CSS (in the menu) -> <td>, <th>, <p>, <li>
