Avatar and Signature Pics Problem....

I can't fix that probelm, when i try upload custom avatar or signatur pictures I'm getting this meesage:

Imageinfo Failed: PHP ERROR exec() has been disabled.

Any idea?

You ImageMagick installation is bad. Try changing the Image Verification Library back to GD.
