Try adding the table headers back to the FORUMDISPLAY template.

The mod for separating categories also adds those column headers below each category row. This makes it so there can be an orphan row of column headers at the top of the forum list in certain situations. You only need to remove it if you have this problem.

If your forum looks like this screenshot and you want to get rid of that row, then make the changes indicated.
