Review new users first post

I basically want to be able to see the new users post before it gets posted. Then once I have deemed it not spam they will be able to continue to post without me having to review their posts anymore. Is there a way to do this? If not maybe it could be added in the future? Lately, with 3.6.2 even, I have had a lot of spammers on the board (even using addresses with @yahoo.com) so I would like to be able to review their first post before it gets posted on the forums.

Any help? Is there a hack to do this or something? Or is it already a feature?

You can make a promotion for users with postcount = 1. Then those with 0 you put into a moderation queue... Once you approved their first post they will then be promoted to the new usergroup which posts are no longer moderated. :-) I am using the same method on my forums except for the fact that my limit is 50 posts.
