Database Cron Error

I was hoping upgrading to 3.6.1 / .2 would fix this but it appears i'm still getting a Database Cron Error every night.

Database error in vBulletin 3.6.2:
Invalid SQL:
INSERT INTO useractivation
VALUES
(NULL , 945, 1160366518, 7371307, 0, 2);

What is the complete error and have you installed any hacks or plugins?

I just found out It's coming from Unactivated User Cleanup. Can't figure out for the life of me what mod would of installed this O.o

I also have a Database Optimization Cron Task not sure where that one came from either..
