How can i merge to forums together to form one?
I'm wanting to merge a phpBB forum into my vBulletin one, how is this achievable?

You can use ImpEx (available in the member's area) to import from phpBB to vBulletin. -
I am aware of that, but how will that merge the two together?Comment

It will copy the information from the phpBB database into the vBulletin database so that your old forums, threads, posts, users, etc from phpBB will be in vBulletin.Comment

No, otherwise having an import tool would be worthless.

Oh, i thought the import tool was only for converting one board software, into vBulletin, i didnt know it could be used for merging too.Comment

Nah - the tool works great ..
Imagine you have 100 user on your vbulletin forum and now you would like to add the phpbb forum with another 100 ...
It just continues with the userids, so it just add the 100 user of the phpbb board to you vb ...
So at the end you got userid 101-200 on your vb ..I'm not under the alkafluence of inkahol like some thinkle peep I am!Comment
