Turkish Characters "Default Sort Field" Problem

Is this a bug or can we fix it?

Problem is this; when we select "Default Sort Field -> Forum Title" for a forum, it looks;

A...
B...
C...
D...

Everything is ok from A to O. But After the O, in turkish, next character is "Ö,ö" but Ö is at the end of the Alphabet in vBulletin and it's same for İ,Ü,Ş etc..

Can we fix it, or you can fix it on next version (3.6.3 maybe )

it has to be;

A,B,C,Ç,D,..H,I,İ,J,..M,N,O,Ö,P,R,S,Ş,T,U,Ü,V,Y,Z.
