    Hello,

Thanks for contacting vBulletin Support. My apologies for the delay in response. I will see what I can do. It is not usual business here that we leave our customers waiting. I can understand your frustration.

Please give me the support ticket id (note: not the auth pass) so I can also look into why your ticket is pending a reply and how long it has actually been waiting for one.

    All the best,

For as far as your post history goes, I see nothing wrong with the actions from the support staff.

        Hello again,

I have just checked up on all the threads you've created and only one did not receive a response from our staff. I've followed up on that one and I've read in the other ones that you are actually quite happy with the product and our support. I take it your complaint is based on your current frustration. Having serious issues with a web site is never a fun thing. Your error is also quite unique. I hope we can assist to resolve it swiftly.

I'd also like to point out that earlier this morning our ticket system was flooded with pending tickets and our staff has spend many hours catching up. Over the last 3 hours the response times have been below an hour. Currently it shows: Average Response Time: 0 hour(s), 50 minute(s).

Compared to any other online company I believe this is more then reasonable.

I will now try to find your support ticket.

Ok, I just gave your ticket priority over all our other customers who are also waiting for a reply. Let's continue solving the problem in the ticket to avoid confusion.

I guess that's one way of getting attention.
Oddly I have never had a problem with support.
If I couldn't find a solution by searching for an answer, a support ticket has always gotten me a quick response.
And every time it has been operator error on my part.
            Maybe it's not so odd.

It's not necessary to ask 3 times. If someone had an answer, they would have replied. Have a little patience. Otherwise use the support form.

So you are saying no one had an answer as far as uploading graphics or creating a image directory??

I asked three times because the question seemed quite basic and no one is helping me.

I tend to receive more help on other forums than the support here. Its hard for people like myself who are not coders.

I guess I'm the only one that gets help.

                              Hi guys,

                              thank you for your support.

I think Vbulletin is a very good product. The best Forum software available for purchase.

Yes, i was frustrated, i hold a few VB licences and WAS thinking of aquiring more....

I have busy site with upwards of 250 members at same time. Moving to a new server is a pain. All the trouble with saving and uploading databases..... and then all members email to ask what has happened to the site.

So, once things messed up.. i sent a ticket. So, i was waiting for response...

Anyway, im not attempting to move back to that server for a few days.... when i do, i will let you know how it goes.. (my host says they have VB expert who will make sure everything goes to plan and they will give me free month to manage and test).

anyway, thank you Floris and VB Team.
