New Install

I just installed the latest version of vBulletin on a server. This is a fresh install, with NO hacks installed. I tried configuring an RSS feed, and when I ran it, I get the following message:

   Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: vb_datamanager_moderator in /home/givebrad/public_html/forums/includes/functions.php on line 103

I'm also getting the same error when I try to do various other functions in the admincp.

I ran a topic search here in the forums, and most of the responses have to do with problems like this when hacking certain forum files. Since this is a fresh install, there are no hacks installed in my forums.

Can anyone advise?

Searching for your error code in Advanced Search, Steve Machol recommended:

The first thing I recommend is that you reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.
