Make user name and avatar at left of post

How do I get to show the user name and avatar at the left of the post instead of on the top? I searched everywhere in the vbulletin options and could not find it.

AdminCP >> vB Options >> Style & Language Settings >> Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template >> YES.

And if you do some searching, there is also a plug-in which will allow your users to choose in the userCP whether they want the legacy postbit (left side) or the default (top) position.
