    You can view the source code of the page to see what code they are using. It looks like they are using this code in their header template:

    Code:
    <!-- logo and buttons -->
    <center>
    <table height="10" bgcolor="#000000" border="0" width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">

    <tr>

    <td bgcolor="#000000" valign="top" align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">

    <a href="index.php?"><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v330/Purgatory666/whisper2.jpg" border="0" alt="Ghost Whisperer: The Afterlife"></a></td></tr>
    <tr><td height="1" width=100% bgcolor="#68423B">
    </td>
    </tr>
    <tr>
    <td height="1" bgcolor="#371C1E" valign="middle" align="center">

    <!-- toplinks -->

    <table cellpadding="2" cellspacing="2">
    <tr id="men">

    <td valign="middle"> <font face="verdana,arial,helvetica" size="1" > <font color="#CBAFAD"> <b><a href="index.php">Home</a> --

    <a href="usercp.php?">Profile</a> --
    <a href="sedit.php?action=show">Edit Sig</a> --
       <a href="memberlist.php?">Mediums</a> --

    <!--
       <a href="calendar.php?">Calendar</a> --
    -->
       <a href="banners.php?">Banners</a>  --
      <a href="misc.php?action=faq">FAQ</a>  -- <a href="search.php?">Search</a>  </b></font></td>

    </tr>
    </table>
    <!-- /toplinks -->
    </td>
     </tr>
    <tr>
    <td height="1" width="100%" bgcolor="#68423B"></td></tr> </table>

    <!-- /logo and buttons -->
