Problems with WYSIWYG editor

I have WYSIWYG by default.

If i then switch monitor mode to see the codes, when i go back to WYSIWYG i do not see what i should, but the codes are still shown and most text is not formatted, except smileys, those do show as graphics.

I use Firefox 1.5 (Windows)

By "switch monitor mode" do you mean you are switching to the standard editor? The WYSIWYG box doesn't always represent the end result. Without HTML posting enabled, the software has to translate some complex layouts using BB code which can't always be perfect.

I hav not been able to reproduce the problems. Maybe the browser just needed rebooting. If i do i wil post again
