spacer on top of page

There is a spacer on the top of the page. I would like to have the header go all the way up to the verrrrrry top.

Any suggestions?

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> Main CSS (in the menu) -> Body -> Extra CSS Attributes
