    Missing Phrase After Upgrade

    Hi, I've recently upgrade my forum from vB 3.5.2 to vB 3.6.1. The upgrade process went smooth. The problem is, many of the phrases are missing.

    I've try to use tools.php an re-uploaded the vbulletin-languages.xml file, but the problem won't go away (i've try this steps many times). The thing is, when i check in the phrase manager, the phrases and texts is there, but it seems vbulletin can not read those phrases.

    This error is really uncomfortable. I can not do moderation and administrations stuff because of the missing phrases. Users can not do much of their activity too.

    Sounds like you havent uploaded all the vB files for the upgrade.

    Redownload the package (with no images) from the members area.

    Upload them all in ascii mode to your forum directory and run through the /install/upgrade.php script all the way to the end of the process. Including updating styles (wont affect customised ones) admin help, languages and templates.

      Phrase still missing

      Okay,
      I have upgraded my forum to vB 3.6.2 and i'm absolutely sure that i have uploaded the files in ascii. But the phrases are still missing. I even do the reupload the languages.xml files with tools.php over and over again and still no luck.

      Maybe there's a problem in the language table? i don't know, any help would be splendid here as this problem becomes more concerning, i can't edit my vbulletin options because the phrase isn't there. (see the attachment)

      I'm waiting for some help..thanks...

        Hi, it has been two days since my last report, but still no reply. So, I really appreciated if vB staffs could help me with my problem here. Because the users complaints were coming more and more every single day because of this error. So please help.

          If you have a valid license you better open a support ticket if you require urgent help ..
