Podcasts??

I heard theres a podcast feature in vb how do I use this? Can I create my own and have it for download through the forum?

Thanks alot, but does this mean people download the podcasts from the forum or...? Sorry but I am very new to the podcast thing.

It's an mp3, mov, etc. file with additional information that people download from your site and listen to. If it weren't for the additional RSS tags, it would be just an mp3 file that people are downloading. It's the tagging that makes it a "podcast".
