Forbidden message

I could not enter my forum

when I am trying to enter it , this message appears to me :

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /vb/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I just wanted to know what is the problem and how ca I solve it?

This may be due to mod_security. See this thread:

Thank you, that's problem has been solved.

I am experiencing the same problem. I have followed the steps outlined (as far as adding the mod_security .htaccess). Unfortunately, these forbidden messages still appear frequently.

Any other suggestions?

If it's not that and it's random, then it's a server issue and you need to talk to your host about this.
